Domestic Chain Property Group’s Designated Centralized Procurement Project for All-Category Trash Bags and Disposable Protective Supplies

Leveraging our comprehensive product portfolio and large-scale production capabilities, our company has successfully won the bid for the annual designated procurement project of plastic consumables for one of China’s top 100 property management groups, providing unified supply of two major product categories—garbage bags and disposable protective gear—to all residential communities under the group’s nationwide management.

In response to the customized needs of sanitation and cleaning scenarios, the client has specified multiple product variants, including drawstring garbage bags, S‑shaped tear‑off bags, large vest‑style property bags, and disposable PE gloves and aprons. Our products undergo rigorous testing for puncture resistance and leak-proof performance, ensuring suitability across all stages of dry and wet waste collection and cleaning protection in residential communities. We maintain inventory at regional warehouses as needed and arrange monthly, phased deliveries by area, while also offering customized printing of the property management logo on the bag bodies.

Following several rounds of field trials, the product failure rate has remained significantly below industry standards. As a result, both parties have renewed their contract for another three years and are simultaneously expanding cooperation to include the procurement of food‑packaging bags and shopping bags from affiliated supermarkets.
