I. Large-Scale In-House Production Capacity

The company operates a standardized, dust-free production facility spanning over 8,000 square meters, equipped with 90 sets of advanced domestic integrated equipment for film blowing, printing, and cutting. It has established a fully automated production line covering material blending, film extrusion, multi-color printing, and bag-making, with a daily processing capacity of 30 tons and an annual total capacity approaching 10,000 tons. We maintain complete control over every stage of production, from raw material formulation and film thickness to print patterns and bag designs. Using virgin food-grade HDPE/LDPE resins, we can simultaneously incorporate EPI and D2W biodegradable additives. Bag thicknesses range from 0.015 mm to 0.08 mm, with up to four-color printing available upon request. We provide full OEM/ODM private-label manufacturing services, hold formal printing qualifications, and possess independent import–export business licenses, eliminating third-party intermediaries, reducing procurement costs, and ensuring controllable lead times and consistent quality throughout the process.
